Affiliate marketing is my top choice when it comes to making money online because you don’t have to deal with customers, refunds, and everything else that a product owner has to do on a daily basis.

If that’s what you’re looking for then you should see this cost-effective alternative that is focused solely on helping you start an affiliate marketing business online.

What is Digital Prosperity By James Francis About?

Digital Prosperity will teach you how to follow a four-step formula that successful product creators and affiliates are implementing right now.

According to James Francis, it’s much better to follow something that has already been proven to work, instead of reinventing the wheel all over again, and I have to agree with that. Here’s a breakdown of the four steps that he is referring to.

Step One – Choose a Profitable Niche

Choosing your niche is the foundation of any online business. The one thing that you have to remember is that in order to even have a chance in becoming successful, you need to narrow your efforts down to one topic, or niche market.

It can be anything you want because half the world’s population is online, which means that you are almost guaranteed that you will find people that share your own interests.

Naturally, some niches will be way more popular than others, like wealth, health, relationship advice, and more. These are also one of the most competitive niches out there, which means that they are much more difficult to break into. 

Step Two – Know Your Prospects

Once you’ve narrowed down on your niche, it’s time to learn more about the people in your niche AKA your prospects.

Getting familiar with their everyday struggles, and problems that they have to deal with regularly is going to benefit you a lot moving forward.

Everyone has things that they deal with on a daily basis, so don’t approach this with the mindset that there are NO problems that you can solve in your niche.

I can almost guarantee you that it’s not true. You just need to know where to look. It’s called MARKET RESEARCH, and it starts by locating where your prospects like to hang out.

Think about all the Facebook groups that you can join for free, for example. Find a bunch of groups to join, and start networking with people over there. That’s the best way to find what kind of problems people in your niche have to deal with.

Step Three – Find or Create a Solution

By now, you should know what people in your niche are struggling with, and you already have a clear idea of what can be done to actually help these people.

This is where you can choose to either create your own product that will solve these problems or find a product or service with an affiliate structure in place, that’s already done that.

According to James Francis, it’s way more profitable to create your own problem-solving product or service, than to become an affiliate marketer.

Some people may agree with him on that one, but in my opinion, that’s not always true. Being an affiliate gives you more freedom to focus on your product promotion, and to generate more sales.

Having your own product means that you have to always respond to your customers’ queries, provide assistance when needed, and deal with refunds if your product has a money-back policy in place.

In other words, you need to have your own team of people to help you with all of these tasks, unless you want to spend all of your free time helping out your customers.

Paying for a team will eat away at your profits, and operating as a solo affiliate marketer, is more than achievable.

In my opinion, starting out with promoting other people’s products is a better alternative than diving straight into product creation, because it doesn’t require a big monetary investment, and allows you to learn a lot of valuable skills along the way.

Step Four – Sell Your Solution Profitably

This is where you will be learning all about selling, but not in the way you think. Selling things in the online world should come in the form of a solution to other people’s problems, which is what the last three steps were all about.

By now, you should already know the pain points of your ideal target audience or prospects, and you should have a product or service to sell/promote to them. 

By placing the right offer in front of the right people, you should be able to sell without doing any convincing at all.

If you’ve done everything the right way, then what you have to offer should be selling itself. All you have to do is find a way to present it to people online. 

There are many ways to do that, but James will be focusing mainly on teaching you how to run paid ads using social media, and how to build out sales funnels, that will take your prospects through a series of well-crafted landing pages, and ideally turn them into buying customers. He also covers some free traffic (web users) generation methods.

Is Digital Prosperity a Scam?

Digital Prosperity is NOT a scam. It’s an affiliate marketing and digital product creation platform, where people can learn how to start an online business.

Just like every other training platform that’s out there, this one comes with its own flaws, and it may not be a suitable solution for absolutely everyone. 

One of James Francis’s programs is called Zero to $10K and he basically GUARANTEES that you will net $10,000 in profits with his help or you will get double your money back.

Even if these claims are true, they can easily be discredited by their refund policy, where it says that ”The Website Owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website.”

Here’s a bit of contradiction that you should be aware of right there. What this means for you is that if you end up not making the amount that you were ”guaranteed” they can just tell you that you should have read section seven of their terms of use page. 

Who Created Digital Prosperity?

James Francis is the creator of Digital Prosperity, and all the additional products, courses, and done for you services that can be found inside the platform. 

He decided to start his own internet business at the young age of 18 because he was not satisfied with his life.

That was back in 2008, and his main goal was to live a financially independent lifestyle that allowed him to help others around the world.

Since then, he has managed to help a lot of people from over 30 different countries and managed to generate millions of dollars.

He teaches people how to turn their passion into a profitable online business by creating their own digital products or by promoting other people’s services.

The Prosperity Formula Review

The Prosperity Formula is James Francis’s brand new training course, and this review will show you everything that you need to know.

The sales page can give you a wrong first impression that making a lot of money online can be done with just the click of a few buttons.

Sorry to disappoint, but that’s just not how these programs and courses work. You will have to put in the time, and effort if you want to have a successful online business. 

James Francis even mentions that himself, at some point inside the sales letter. This course will teach you how to create and market your own digital product, which according to James is the only legit way to build a long-term online business.

The Prosperity Formula is similar to another product called ClickBank University, where you learn a very similar concept, that having your own offer is much more beneficial in the long run.

Even though James Francis’s ideology can be seen with other products and courses out there, I can’t really agree that having your own product is the best (or only) way to make a full time income online.

Let’s breakdown what you will be getting inside The Prosperity Formula without all the fluff and exaggerations.

Module One – Niche Profit Validation

Here, you will learn how to identify profitable niches, so that you can dive into something that is in demand right now. More specifically, James Francis will teach you how to get into e-learning, which is a booming industry.

In order to build a long term online business, you need to master the skill of persuasion. The product may sell itself, but you should be able to convince others to at least take a look at it.

Part of it is to have a great product or service, the other part is being able to market it effectively.

Then he goes on to tell you how everyone has something valuable to share with the world, even if they don’t fully realize that yet.

In module one, James will help you look within yourself, to find out what you’re knowledgable about and how to convert that into a thriving online business.

Even if you are absolutely convinced that you don’t have anything valuable to offer the world, you will still learn how to spot profitable niches.

By being able to do that, you can start learning about them, which can make it easier to transfer your knowledge onto an e-learning product or service, that you can start selling online.

Module Two – Creating Your Customer Avatar

By finding out who your customers are, and what they truly want, you can make yourself relatable to your potential customers.

This is sales tactics 101, and it’s the first important lesson that you need to learn about marketing your product the right way. 

Show your prospects that you care about them, and make them believe that you are like them. This will help build trust, credibility, and it increases the chances of them liking you, which in turn can result in more sales.

Module Three – Laying The Foundations

James Francis covers the six principles that successful online business owners are implementing, and how you can do the same to ensure that you have the best chances of becoming profitable. 

Laying the foundations, the right way can be the difference between your struggle and success. Getting rid of all the distractions around you is the first step to making sure that you maintain your focus throughout the day.

That’s the only way that you will be able to complete your daily tasks, efficiently. In this day and age, it’s easier than ever to get distracted, and as someone that struggles with that on a daily basis, I have to say that this lesson can be very useful to a lot of people, including myself.

Next on the list of things that you need to do, to layout, your foundation is to get a domain name for your online business, create a professional email address, build your own blog, and set up a business PayPal account.

James will go through the basics of finding a good hosting provider, and all the additional things that everyone just getting started online should have in place. It’s a pretty straightforward process so there shouldn’t be any problems here.

Module Four – The Prosperity Formula

This where James Francis will show you his entire business model behind the scenes. You will learn how he has structured everything, his marketing tactics, and everything else that can expedite your success.

In this module, James talks about how having a unique approach to your products and services can be very good for you, and how to avoid mediocrity.

In the online business world, it’s important to distinguish yourself from everyone else, by being able to come up with a unique angle, or something that can only be found with you, and nowhere else.

Module Five – The Prosperity Formula Profit Process

This module will teach you how to run paid traffic campaigns, and how to build effective sales funnels.

You will learn how to warm up cold visitors, and get them to buy your high ticket offers. It’s important to narrow down on your traffic, lead generation efforts and target your ideal customers.

This is done by carefully examining your audience, and making sure that what you have to offer is going to appeal to them. The next step is to send them through your sales funnel, in order to gain their trust.

If you do it successfully, then you increase your chances of getting your prospects to pay you anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 for your high ticket products and services.

James Francis is doing the exact same thing, with his brand new product The Prosperity Formula.

He offers the whole course for a cheap, low-end price, and slowly starts offering you more expensive things.

This is kind of like a qualifying process, to determine if you trust James or not. You wouldn’t buy from someone you don’t trust, right? 

Module Six – Audience Attraction

This part is all about showing you how to give away free stuff in order to attract a large audience and build your list of subscribers.

Offering something free and valuable, in exchange for an email or some other form of lead, can help in building trust between you and your clients. It’s called a lead magnet.

It also gives you e medium where you can continue to communicate with your audience, and hopefully convert as many of them as you can into paying customers. 

Module Seven – The Solution Selling System

This module goes deeper into explaining why you should have your own digital product to get to a point where you are earning a full-time income online, as fast as possible.

You will also learn things like, how to outsource your work and get others to complete all the manual content creation for your lead magnets, blogs, and free offers.

Module Ten – Profit Multiplier

According to James Francis, having more than one product to offer will multiply your profits exponentially. That’s why you should always create more products, but you should never sacrifice quality for quantity.

Usually, there should be an additional product that’s offered immediately after a client buys your front end offer. It’s called an upsell, and if you use it the right way, it should bring additional profits on a regular basis.

In case your customers decline to buy that upsell, they should be redirected to another, cheaper offer known as a downsell.

This module will teach you everything that you need to know about upsells, downsells, and how to implement them in your own business the right way.

Module Eleven – Automated Follow Up Machine

This module goes in-depth into teaching you email marketing methods for making more sales.

You will learn why it’s way easier to promote your products to your list, and how to balance giving value with promotional content, to ensure that your subscribers do not leave your list.

Following up, after sending a message is a powerful tactic for making more sales, and James Francis will teach you how to do that in his training course.

This is where you will learn how to utilize your email list by making sure that you fill it with responsive people, that are ready to buy from you. It’s way more important to have a responsive list, than a big one.

The way to do that is by making sure that you provide VALUE to your list, and by giving them a reason to stay subscribed to your newsletter, and emails.

In this module, James will share his secrets of creating email copy that arises curiosity and get’s people to click and see your content, instead of simply ignoring it.

Module Thirteen – Building Bridges

This module is focused more on getting free traffic with blog post creation strategies, and how to implement affiliate links into your ”bridge pages” so that more people can connect and buy from you.

You will also learn things like organic traffic generation through social media, and where to place your banner ads to ensure more money comes into your bank account.

Module Fourteen – Facebook Ads

There is always the risk that you will fail the first few times around, and even with high-quality training, there are ZERO guarantees. It’s a risk that you should be aware of before you even think about spending money on paid ads.

If you don’t have the budget to invest in paid ads or prefer not to, then you can take advantage of the strategies and methods that James Francis will show you in this module. You will learn how to get free traffic, by leveraging search engines like Google, and more.

Module Sixteen – Testing, Tweaking, and Perfecting Your Funnel

The name of this module says it all. Your funnel is never going to be fully optimized, because consumer behavior changes all the time, which means that your funnels should adapt to these changes, in order to make sure that you have the best chance of converting traffic into customers. 

Some things will work, better than others, that’s why you should split test funnels and showcase different versions of your offers to a large group of people, in order to see first hand what works best.

Module Seventeen – Your Six Figure Blueprint

This is the last module of The Prosperity Formula course by James Francis. It’s going to show you how to take everything that you’ve learned so far and scale your online business beyond $10,000/Month. 

It’s way easier said than done, but the value is definitely there, and people can learn a thing or two from this training program.

One of the main things that needs to be done in order to scale your online business, is to outsource most of the manual, and time-consuming tasks so that you can focus on growing your business even more.

You will also learn how to automate the things that you can so that you don’t deal with everyday tasks if it can be avoided.

The goal here is to automated and outsource a big chunk of your online business so that you can focus on growing, and expanding.

How Much Does The Prosperity Formula Cost?

The Prosperity Formula comes with a price tag of $27. You may get tricked into thinking that this is a limited time offer, but that’s just marketing hype to get people to take more action. 

You can also stumble upon product reviews on Google or Youtube that claim to offer you a huge discount, but that’s also not true.

All they are trying to do is get you to buy the product through their links. The price is and always will be $27, unless James Francis decides to change that. 

Remember that this is just the front end price, which means that you will definitely have to spend more money to get started with your online business.

Furthermore, you will be offered a bunch of upsells, and downsells, that are entirely optional but nevertheless cost extra.

Does The Prosperity Formula Offer a Refund?

There is a 365 money-back guarantee, that promises to give you a full refund. James Francis takes things one step further by promising to give you a thousand bucks if you follow everything being taught inside The Prosperity Formula, and do not make any money.

There is a structure in place, that will make it very difficult for you to try and game the system, so don’t even try.

You will be asked to provide proof that you’ve actually done the best you can to make this thing work for you.

During that time, even if you make one dollar more than you’ve paid for this course, you won’t be eligible to get your money back. 

It’s important to remember that this refund policy applies to the front end offer ONLY. If you pay for any of the upsells and downsells inside, then you should treat them as different products and look out if they have a refund policy in place or not.

Zero to $10K Coaching Program

This is a coaching program that’s being offered inside Digital Prosperity by James Francis.

There are ten modules in total, a community where all other members hang out, some bonus training, and weekly coaching calls where you get access to James Francis or one of his team members.

Keep in mind that these calls are not 1 on 1, which means that you may not always get your questions answered, and you will definitely not get the same attention as with 1 on 1 sessions.

According to the sales page, you will be able to ask James or a team member of Digital prosperity to review your own work, which can help a lot, especially if you are struggling with anything in particular.

James Francis makes it clear that he accepts only a handful of people every six months or so, which means that if you apply, you may have to enter a waiting list, or not get approved at all.

Keep in mind that he is a marketer, which means that all of this can be just a lie to get you to buy into the training, using FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). This practice can be seen with another coaching program called Freedom Business Mentoring.

The Application Process

In order to be eligible for joining the Zero to $10K Coaching Program, you need to be able to invest at least $500 into yourself.

This is a requirement or you will get your application rejected. You will be asked a bunch of additional questions so that they can get to know the kind of person that you are, and what’s your experience with making money online.

Regardless, of what you answer to any of the additional questions, as long as they know that you are willing to invest in yourself, you will get to the prescheduled call. 

How Much Does Zero to $10K Cost?

It’s different for everyone. The sales call that you will have to schedule with one of the team members of Digital Prosperity is done to mainly determine the amount of money that you can spend on yourself and your education.

Don’t expect to be asked to pay anything less than $3,000 for access to the Zero to $10K Coaching Program, but there is a chance that it’s going to be more than that.

If you don’t mind investing that much money in a coaching program, then you will probably benefit from it. There is something that needs to be considered, and that is the guarantee that you will start banking $10K a month or get double your money back.

If you take a look at Digital Prosperity’s Earnings & Income Disclaimer, you will see that it clearly outlines the fact that you’re not guaranteed anything, which is the exact opposite of what the sales page of Zero to $10K is promising you. 

Maybe it’s an honest mistake, but it’s also possible that it’s not. In my opinion, you shouldn’t trust any promises or false guarantees that ensure you will make a lot of money.

Ignition – Best Selling Book

Ignition is a book that’s on sale inside Digital Prosperity. According to James Francis, it reveals a proven blueprint that can show you how to go from zero to six figures in record time.

Apparently, it uncovers the 10 step formula to building a successful online business that James previously shared only with his Zero to $10K students.

The price of this book is $7, but there is a lot of scarcity tactics and claims that there are limited copies. How can there be a limited copy of something virtual? It can’t.

Again, they are implementing fear of missing out, or scarcity marketing to get people to take action faster, without thinking too much about it.

Since the cost of the book is only $7, it’s not really that much of a problem, but when you do that with an expensive course that costs thousands of dollars, it can get people to take premature financial decisions. That’s never a good thing.

Done For You Services By Digital Prosperity

There are two types of Done For You services that are offered inside Digital Prosperity. The first one is labeled ”For Casual Entrepreneurs” and it’s all about creating a website in a niche of your choice.

The team behind Digital Prosperity will also build a sales funnel that’s tailored for your online business.

You can use the Done For You service and get them to build either an affiliate site or a website that will revolve around selling your own products or services. Everything will be completed in 14 days

To get all of this taken care of, you have to pay either two monthly installments of $258.50 or a single payment of $497.

You have 24 hours to cancel your payment and ask for a refund, and if that time passes, you can’t get your money back.

If you’ve opted in for the monthly payments, you will be required by law to pay everything that you owe.

The second option is labeled the ”Ultimate Done For You Service” and apparently is for serious entrepreneurs only. James Francis can become your personal coach and lead project manager.

He promises to build a business that will generate $10K/Month for at least six consecutive months.

James will onboard his team of experts and together, they will go through your main goals and build you out the business that you want. The price for the Ultimate Done For You Service is $3,000/Month.

What I Like About James Francis’s Digital Prosperity

1. Lot’s of Offers. There are different offers, courses and even done for you services that you can take advantage of. The good thing is that they are all focused on one thing. Helping entrepreneurs start their own online business. Only the methods differ.

2. The Prosperity Formula is Very Cost Friendly. I’ve seen product owners charge a couple of hundred or more for the information that you can get inside The Prosperity Formula at a fraction of the price. Even if there are upsells inside, it’s still worth noting that there is a lot of value just for the front end price alone.

3. You Can Get a Refund. Most of the offers inside come with one form of a money-back guarantee or another, and by the looks of it, there are no loopholes that can be used to make these refunds nonvalid.

What I Don’t Like About James Francis’s Digital Prosperity

1. Too Much Scarcity Marketing. Every offer that I came across inside Digital Prosperity has some kind of scarcity tactic that’s embedded. Even if some of them were true, the fact that he is using this on every offer that he has, makes me think that all of the time-sensitive offers are not that time-sensitive at all.

2. Too Many Promises. Some of the product offers start with grand promises and straight-up guarantees that you can make a ton of cash or get all your money back and then some. Unfortunately, the legal disclaimers that are presented, explicitly disavow these guarantees and promises, which makes me question their legitimacy in the first place.

My Recommendation

If you want to learn to how to start an online business that revolves around creating your own digital product or service, then you will probably benefit from everything that’s inside Digital Prosperity.

You can also get something out of it, if you are looking for someone else to take care of all the manual work, and do it all for you because there are a couple of DFY (Done For You) services.

Even though Digital Prosperity can show you how to make money by promoting other people’s products too, if that’s what you’re looking to do, then you should take a look at my top recommendation.

Over there people are banking profits using a simple yet incredibly effective blueprint that most people neglect and lose out because of that. Don’t be most people.
