What is Pocket Products by Courtney Foster Donahue?

Pocket Products can be broken down into 4 phases. Each one can contribute to the growth of your online business. It doesn’t matter if you are a coach, a product owner, or a course creator. Let’s take a look at each phase now:

Phase #1 – Learning to Create.
This is where you will learn how to create your pocket product with tech tutorials, and templates for your convenience.

Phase #2 – Learning to Launch.
This part here will help you launch your brand new product and reach your ideal target audience.

Phase #3 – Creating a Funnel.
The funnel is designed to convert visitors to sales. You will learn how to create one.

Phase #4 – Leveraging Leads.
The last phase will teach you how to get the most out of your leads and make them serial buyers for your stuff.

Some examples of the products you will learn to create are downloadable PDF files, guides, micro courses, e-books, workshops, templates, calendars, and more.

This program is designed to help you fill your list with buyers instead of freebie seekers.

Unlike other similar courses that teach you how to create your own product, such as Business By Design, Pocket Products is focused more on creating mini offers that you can use to make money and build your list at the same time.

Charging your audience upfront, instead of leveraging a free high quality gift does come with its own disadvantages that you should be aware of.

Looking at this opportunity from different angles can help you decide if this approach is best suited for your type of business or not.

Is Pocket Products a Scam?

pocket products by Courtney Foster Donahue review legit or not

No, Pocket Products is not a scam. It’s a real way for business owners to grow their income and increase the size of their audience.

Selling your lead magnets rather than offering them for free does have its pros, but it does come with some negative consequences you should think about.

In some cases, people won’t be willing to buy the first time they see you or your offer, even when it’s a lower ticket offer. Sometimes people need to know more about you, your business, and your brand as a whole before they decide to trust you with their money.

That’s why many people prefer to build a list offering free stuff. It can help build that initial rapport with potential clients that you’ve never interacted with before. Offering heaps of value before trying to sell them something works, and it will keep on working.

On the other hand, you will come across a lot of people that are only interested in your free stuff. Those are the so called freebie seekers. With Courtney Foster Donahue’s course, you won’t have to worry about them at all.

It’s important to remember that there are ways to make money online without having to create a product or service, dealing with clients’ issues, refunds, and overall customer service.

What you can do instead is learn how to promote other people’s stuff. That way, you can avoid all of the above mentioned things and more.

It comes with incredibly low start up costs and huge profit potential. That’s why so many beginners start with affiliate marketing and go on to build wildly profitable businesses.

Who is Courtney Foster Donahue?

According to Courtney Foster Donahue, she stumbled upon entrepreneurship by accident. She created her first online business while recovering from a dance injury.

It all started when she was Googling a bunch of stuff related to digital marketing, blogging, and making money online.

From there, she launched her first online business, a blog. At some point, people started asking her for guidance, advice, tips, and tricks.

At first, she was working with clients one on one, but then she decided it would be a better move to package all her knowledge into a course and sell it online.

She managed to grow her online business to 7 figures in 18 months. Today her sole focus is helping business owners grow and scale.

Naming your product properly is an essential first step. The name needs to be catchy, provoking, scroll stopping, and attention grabbing.

By now you should have a niche market in mind, a name for your product, and a general idea of what you need to do next. There’s a short tutorial on creating your actual product, a guide on creating and recording slideshows, and more.

You will be using platforms like Canva, recording screen share, and some Google products. They will all assist in creating, designing, and launching your pocket product.

Phase #3 – Actively Promoting Your Pocket Product.
This where you will probably get the most attention. There are many different ways to promote your products, from running social media ads to negotiating with influencers to feature your stuff on their platforms and more.

Phase #4 – Amplifying Your Sales. Double down on what works, and pour more resources into it.

Phase #5 – Scaling Your Sales.
This where you will likely end up using retargeting ad campaigns and things like that.

What I Like About Pocket Products by Courtney Foster Donahue

pocket products by Courtney Foster Donahue review pros vs cons

1. It’s a Unique Way for Securing More Clients. By offering a paid mini course, or a small product, you can instantly start building that buyer relationship.

2. Courtney Seems Legit.
It looks like she knows what she is talking about. Her success speaks for itself. That’s why I’m sure that many people can benefit from her program.

What I Don’t Like About Pocket Products by Courtney Foster Donahue

1. It’s Not for Beginners. My own personal opinion here is that this program is more suited for current business owners that already have some sales and momentum.

2. It May Not Be Suitable for All Types of Businesses.
If your goal is to generate as many leads as you can, and you’re not that bothered if they will turn into clients, then this course may not be for you.

3. It’s Not For Everyone.
Being a product owner means that you always have to keep updating your main products, and worry about things like customer satisfaction, negative reviews, researching the market and praying that it will end up buying your stuff, etc. Not everyone is cut out for it, and beginners can definitely find a less stressful way to start an online business.

Is There a Better Alternative?

If you’re a business owner looking to build a list of responsive buyers that are already your clients when they get into your list, then Pocket Products and Courtney Foster Donahue can definitely help you with that.

This program is probably for you if you’ve always wanted to create your own product and sell it online but, you’ve never gotten to that point.

However, if you’re brand new to entrepreneurship and digital marketing, there are other alternatives you can explore, like affiliate marketing.

That’s when you connect with respected companies and form partnerships to promote their products and services in exchange for a percentage of the profit.

All you have to do is send web users to an offer you’re affiliated with and let them do all the selling, promoting, and client servicing for you. That’s how I got started and I’m now earning as much as $1K in a single day.
