Job Killing Review: Ippei and Dan Klein’s Lead Generation Course

Welcome to my Job Killing review. Is Ippei and Dan Klein’s lead generation course really the best business model for you?

According to Ippei, lead generation is the best business option that’s online, and it out beats all the other business models that are out there like affiliate marketing, dropshipping, and more.

You will learn how to create small websites AKA virtual assets and rent them out to clients so that they can get leads, exposure, and sales into their own business.

While this is an entirely legit business model, there are some things you NEED to know about the program before deciding if you want to join or not.

By going through this review you will learn exactly what is Ippei and Dan Klein’s Lead Generation Course about without all the fluff and exaggerations.

I’ve done the research so you don’t have to.

Ready? Let’s get started…

Overall score: 65/100

Summary: Job Killing is a lead generation course that will show you how to create simple niche-specific websites, and generate leads to local clients.

You will rank these websites for specific search terms on Google, and then rent them out to local businesses.

This training program is of very high quality and the local lead generation business model is legit.

Job Killing can be a great course for those that are serious about making money online.

You will have to spend a good chunk of money before you access the program, and you will have to learn a specific set of skills.

Some of them will be to cold call businesses and pitch your services. If you’re not outgoing, and you get discouraged easily, then this may not be for you.

As for the price tag, it’s hidden. You only get to find out how much Job Killing costs when you get to a prescheduled call with one of the salespeople of this training program.

I don’t think that beginners should be investing that much money upfront when there are better and cost-effective alternatives out there.

What is Dan Klein’s Lead Generation Course Job Killing?

Job Killing is a training program created by Dan Klein, and it’s highly promoted by Ippei Kanehara who considers Dan as his personal mentor.

Together, they have managed to get many people to sign up for this training program, and in turn, made a lot of money.

Job Killing is a program that’s been around since 2014, and back then, Brad Campbell was considered one of the co-founders.

Since then, he has disappeared completely from Job Killing, and it’s unknown if he just left or is working on the backend, secretly, without anyone realizing it.

Job Killing is NOT what this program is called nowadays. They changed the name due to negative press.

Nevertheless, this coaching program is all about showing you how to create websites focused on different industries or niches and basically renting them out to local businesses in order to get more leads, clients, and sales.

This is a business model that will require a lot of chasing and locating businesses that will be interested in working with you. In the beginning, it’s definitely going to be difficult, and it may take some time for you to become successful.

How Does Job Killing Work?

Job Killing works in a simple way. All you have to do is find a profitable niche market, where people are Googling a lot of stuff related to that niche, build a website around it, and rent that website to local clients.

For the sake of this example, let’s say that you want to create a website around the search term “dentists in Lancaster”.

The first thing that you will do is create a website called dentistslancaster.com and fill it up with lots of valuable content so that it can get ranked on page one of Google.

Once that happens, your website will start receiving traffic (web visitors) naturally, and this becomes your virtual asset.

You can then “rent” that digital asset to a local dentistry in Lancaster so that every time a person lands on your website, they will get the contact details of that specific dentistry that you’ve arranged a deal with.

You’re basically bringing in more clients to local businesses, and getting paid for it.

Who is Ippei Hanekara & Dan Klein?

Dan Klein is the one behind Job Killing, and Ippei Hanekara is one of his students that is actively promoting this opportunity all over the internet.

Dan Klein is the person behind Job Killing, and his natural charisma and experience make him the perfect salesman.

It looks like he really does care about the success of his students, and for such a high price tag, that should be expected.

Is Job Killing a Scam?

job killing review legit or not

Job Killing is not a scam, and the training inside can give you guidance on how to get started with your online lead generation business.

This program is similar to Work From Anywhere Accelerator in a lot of ways. You can get a lot of support inside their private group of members.

Not everyone is satisfied with their purchase, and that’s why you can see people claiming that this is a scam.

Here’s what you need to know in order to find out if this is for you or not. Job Killing is very expensive to join, so you need to have a few thousand upfront, plus there will be some monthly recurring fees that I will talk about further along with this review.

This is not a get-rich-quick scheme, so you should not expect to start banking big piles of cash from day one.

You will have to put in a lot of work, and effort in order to get to a point where you’re profitable, even with the expensive coaching program.

I can’t label this as a scam, but I also can’t really recommend this as a worthwhile opportunity to create your own online business as a beginner.

The reason for that is because the money that you need to invest in this is just too much, and there’s no online training worth that much.

I know for a fact that you can get a lot of what Job Killing has to offer and more without investing anything upfront.

What’s Inside Job Killing

Here’s exactly what you will get Inside Job Killing including all the additional stuff.

Step By Step Training

You will get 30+ hours of step by step training showing how to start your own online business with lead generation for local businesses. The videos are in-depth and walk you through a step by step process from start to end.

Local Lead Generation Blueprint

This is a blueprint showing you exactly how to go about your local lead gen business starting from zero. This blueprint will show you how to kickstart everything as a beginner, and by the time you’re done, you should know everything there is to know about this business model.

Custom Call Tracking Software

This is a software that can help track your incoming calls or the incoming calls of your clients.

This can basically help you identify where the caller is calling from, the reason for their call, and any additional details that you can set up within the call tracking software.

When someone calls a number that has this software on, you (the receiver of the call) will hear an automated message explaining in detail about the call you’re getting.

The message is short, and by the time you hear it, the caller would have heard three or four consecutive beeps before they’re connected.

Automated Prospecting System

With this system, you can send results in advance to your prospects. This can increase your chances of landing a client because you’re showing them that what you’re offering works without asking for anything upfront. If they like that offer, then they will pay you to bring more results for them.

Instant Monetization Guide

This is a guide filled with scripts that can help you close deals, and explore different strategies that might suit you.

Twice Weekly Live Coaching Calls

This is a live webinar done twice a week by Dan Klein. Over there all the members of this program can come together and interact with Dan. You can get to ask him questions, and get help with anything else that you might need.

Support

The support from Job Killing is both technical and not so technical. You can get support for all sorts of things either through the official support team of Job Killing or by interacting with other members of the private Facebook group.

Recent complaints show that the support inside Job Killing is not responding to member’s issues, and tickets.

How to Join Job Killing?

In order to join Job Killing, you need to go through a funnel system that’s meant to make sure that only those that are actually interested and serious about it can get to see the offer and take advantage of it.

This also ensures more conversions as well, because that’s a good form of marketing, where you’re warming people more and more until you slam them with a huge price tag.

Anyway, in order to get access to Job Killing, you have to give out your email first. Then, you will be presented with an application form that you need to fill out.

It’s filled with questions that you need to answer in order to determine if you’re suitable for this business opportunity or not.

Once you’ve done that, the next step is to get a call from one of the representatives of this local lead gen training course.

During that call, they will try to get you to buy into this program by asking about the current problems that you’re dealing with in terms of making money online, expand on that, and offer this course as the ultimate solution.

Given the high price tag, that’s probably the best way to ensure that more people sign up for this training program.

Job Killing Price, Extra Costs & Refunds

Job Killing’s price tag is anywhere between $4,800 and $8,700. The price is always fluctuating and it’s determined on a case by case basis.

Even though you won’t know for sure how much exactly it will cost until you get to that phone call, you should know that it will not be less than a few thousand dollars.

I know that there are options for paying your course with a bunch of separate monthly installments. There are going to be some extra charges that you need to be aware of and they are as follows.

Weebly Hosting ($25/Month Per Website)

This is the monthly price that you will have to pay in order to create your websites. It’s important to understand that this training will get you creating multiple websites over a period of time, and with each new one, you will have to pay $25/month more.

Call Tracking Software ($40/Month – $100/Month Or More)

Even though this training program comes with built-in call tracking software, you should know that it does not work in every country, so you will be limited with the embedded call tracking software that’s inside Job Killing.

Keyword Research Tools ($30/Month – $200/Month Or More)

Identifying keyword opportunities is important in order to successfully find out what people are searching for, how much-competing websites are there for that specific keyword, etc.

Paid Ads – $250/Month Or More

You don’t necessarily have to invest in paid ads, but if you want results faster, then this is a viable option that you may consider if you have the budget, and know what you’re doing.

As for a refund, it looks like there isn’t one. That’s why you should be absolutely sure that you want to invest that much money, and you’re aware that for this business model to work, you will have to put in lots of hard work and effort.

You should not expect to get any instant results either, or you will end up being disappointed.

What I Like About Job Killing

job killing review pros vs cons

1. The Business Model is Legit. Creating niche specific websites, and renting them out to local businesses, creating your own agency of sorts, is something that can work really well if you invest enough time and money into it.

I like the unique approach that they’ve taken when creating Job Killing, which is a way to basically prove that you can deliver results to your clients, without charging them upfront. This can definitely increase your sales rate.

2. You Can Learn a Lot of Things
. You can learn a ton of useful things like how to successfully implement SEO techniques into your websites so that they can naturally rank on the first pages of Google for their designated keywords.

You will also learn some sales, and negotiation tactics in order to secure the best prices for yourself and your clients.

3. The Owner Cares For His Students. Or at least, it looks that way. There are weekly live Q & A sessions where Dan gets on a live call inside their private Facebook group.

Over there, students get to ask questions, get feedback on their performance, and more.

What I Don’t Like About Job Killing

1. Hidden Costs. You don’t really get to learn how much Job Killing costs until you invest your time and attention into this.

Only when you get to the part where you’re connected with a sales representative, you will know for sure how much you will pay.

Prices vary from person to person, but it’s not going to be less than a few thousand, so keep that in mind when making your decision.

2. It Will Take Time Before You See Results
. First of all, it’s important to understand that ranking websites on Google does not happen fast, unless you buy ads, so it will take some time.

You can’t really know for sure how much EXACTLY is it going to take before you can start making money with Job Killing, and getting your websites ranked on the first page for the chosen keyword can take days, weeks, or even months.

If you don’t have the patience of waiting around a few months to get your web assets noticed by Google, you could always explore alternative routes, but they will cost you money, and even then there are no guarantees that you will see results.

This is a screenshot of an official complaint made on the Better Business Bureau website, by an ex-member of Job Killing that proves my point.

3. You Could Potentially Lose Money. There’s a risk involved with this business model, which is that you can end up bringing more sales, and leads to local business owners, and not getting paid anything for it.

That’s why you should always keep track of all your statistics and whatnot. Since you’re showing how your services work upfront, you may end up bringing more cash to local business owners, but that will not guarantee that they will be interested enough to invest their money in you.

4. It’s Not Ideal For Beginners
. Even though the training program is beginner-friendly, I don’t think that anyone starting out should invest thousands of dollars upfront for something that may not even work for them.

This business model is NOT for everyone, and the only way to find out if it’s for you or not is by investing a ton of money upfront.

Since I know that there are alternatives out there, just as good as this training program or even better, that require much lesser financial investments, there’s no point in wasting your hard earned money.

5. There’s No Refund Policy.
Since there is no refund guarantee, you either fly or burn, which may be good for some risk-takers out there, but I’m sure that the idea of spending that much upfront without even getting the chance to get your money back if you don’t like the training, is not ideal for many of you.

6. Possibly Outdated Content.
There has been an increased rate of complaints in 2020 about Job Killing regarding the training’s quality and some customer service issues.

According to the Better Business Bureau, many members complain about the content inside being outdated, and that the customer service has become unresponsive. This is definitely a big problem with a lot of similar training programs.

Do I Recommend Job Killing?

Not really, and here’s why. Job Killing is a lead generation training program, created by Dan, and heavily promoted by one of his students Ippei Hanekara.

In Dan Klein’s lead generation course, you will learn how to get leads for local businesses and ensure that they get more sales.

In exchange for that, they will pay you for your troubles. Unlike the traditional ways of chasing clients, and pitching your services, with Job Killing is a bit different, and here’s why.

You will be bringing in leads even before you close a deal with your potential clients just so that you can show that this thing works.

This is kind of like a double-edged sword of sorts, as this method can secure you more clients, but at the same time, it can cost you money.

Speaking of costly expenses, you should know that Dan Klein’s lead generation course is very expensive, and you find that out when you get to the point where you will be speaking to a representative of this training program.

As a beginner, I’m sure that investing thousands upfront for something that may or may not work, is not in your list of priorities.

Not to mention, all the recent accusations from ex-members of Job Killing that the content inside is not working anymore.

You can still learn how to create websites, and get them to rank on the first pages of Google without having to invest a ton of money in advance.

If that sounds interesting then you should see how these people are banking profits using a simple yet incredibly effective blueprint that so many neglect and lose out on that opportunity forever.
