Surplus Funds Riches Review

Welcome to my Surplus Funds Riches review. Can you really start making money with this program, or is it another scam to avoid?

Here’s what you need to know. About once a month, Shawn Buige opens up the doors for several different products under the Surplus Funds Riches brand.

The sales are limited (not fake scarcity) to keep up with the demand.

By the time you’re done here, you will know exactly what you’re getting into without any hype or exaggerated income claims.

Ready? Let’s get started…

Surplus Funds Riches Review Summary

Product Name: Surplus Funds Riches

Product Type: Make Money From Home

Product Owner: Shawn Buige

Product Price: $397 – $2,397

Overall Score: 65/100

Recommended: Not For Everyone

Summary: One of the main focuses of this program is to get you to partner with them and bring in more clients. In exchange, you will be rewarded with up to 30% in commissions for each qualified sale you make.

Your job will be to research properties, talk with owners and clients, and send leads to the business. As a partner of Surplus Funds Riches, you will be required to do phone calls as part of your research and pre-qualifying process.

The business model is legit and you can make good money doing it. However, I think that this is NOT the best alternative for beginners with no prior experience in making money online.

You can easily end up spending thousands of dollars for something that may not even work.

In my opinion, there are less risky, cost-effective ways to start a profitable online business around your passion, hobbies, or interests.

What is Surplus Funds Riches?

Surplus Funds Riches is a platform where you can learn how to make money leveraging the real estate industry.

With approximately six different programs you can choose from, there is content for beginners and experts alike. Individual programs and bundles include:

Premiere Surplus Partnership 16 – Work Surplus Funds files online from home. Partner with them and earn 16% in gross commissions.

Deed Flip 30 – Research pre-foreclosure properties that are going into foreclosure. Partner with them and earn 30% in net commissions.

Additionally, you can choose from multiple BUNDLE options.

Is Surplus Funds Riches a Scam?

Surplus Funds Riches review legit or not

Surplus Funds Riches is not a scam. It’s a legit educational platform with numerous opportunities to monetize your efforts and create a successful business.

You will need to develop great negotiation and sales skills, along with the knowledge needed to form contracts, deeds, and all relevant documentation.

All of this can be very overwhelming at first, which is why you can choose from the many programs inside Surplus Funds and pick one that’s best suited for you.

The most expensive package costs over $2K, which means you can spend thousands on this venture. Unless you’re willing to risk losing them, you should see this cost-effective alternative below.

What I Like About Surplus Funds Riches

Surplus Funds Riches review pros vs cons

1. Legit Business Model. People can make a very successful business with this model.

2. Not Everyone Can Do it.
This is both good and bad. On the upside, competition will always be lower compared to other, EASIER business models.

What I Don’t Like About Surplus Funds Mastery

1. No Refunds. The content you get for your money consists of eBooks that are nonrefundable.

2. Not For Everyone.
You need to be very outgoing and driven to have a chance at this. You would also have to spend a considerable amount of money to get started.

3. Not For Beginners.
I think that this is not the best program for beginners. On the next page, I will show you the four-step system I’m using to bank thousands each month. From home. Without spending thousands to get started and without any direct selling.

  1. Shawn Buige is in my opinion a scammer! I currently have over 25 files accepted by him. With no answers about when I will be paid. This process as a researcher is very expensive and time consuming in order to have a file accepted. Not to mention the cost of joining the program.
