Foreclosure Academy Review – Scam or Legit?

Welcome to my Foreclosure Academy review. Can you really turn tax foreclosures into your personal ATM, or is this another scam to avoid?

Here’s what you need to know. This program is brought to you by Private Wealth Academy. According to their sales video, you can take advantage of this program while helping others.

You will learn how they close deals of up to $125K each while working from home. If you’re willing to put about 40 hours into learning and implementing what they’re about to teach you, there’s a REAL potential to succeed with this business model.

The downside? You risk losing over $500 and a lot of time trying to implement this and finding out if it will work out for you or not.

By the time you’re done here, you will know exactly what you’re getting into without any hype or exaggerated income claims.

Ready? Let’s get started…

Foreclosure Academy Review Summary

Product Name: Foreclosure Academy

Product Type: Make Money Online Program

Product Owner: Carlton Weiss

Product Price: $497 or 3x$197

Overall Score: 45/100

Recommended: Not For Everyone

Summary: Many people who have foreclosed homes don’t realize they can extract money from the government when they sell their homes.

Usually, when you don’t have enough cash to pay your mortgage, and it ends up auctioned to the highest bidder, there is a surplus of cash that YOU are entitled to. Most people don’t know this and leave a whole lot of money on the table.

Your job is to find these people, present this information, and get them working with you. Those who agree to work with you could end up with a big payday.

Your cut can be up to 40%, which means a LOT of money. The catch is that you need to be chasing clients all day long.

Most of the time, you will be cold-calling people out of the blue. Get ready for rejection and learn how to sell yourself. Even with the best offer in place, you still need two essential things.

The right audience to promote the offer to, and great sales skills to get people to believe in your offer.

This is a legit model, but it’s not the EASIEST way to start an online business. In my opinion, there are better, cost-effective ways to start a wildly profitable online business.

What is Foreclosure Academy?

Foreclosure academy

Foreclosure Academy is a training program with 6 modules and 4 additions. The first thing you will learn inside is how the business model works. You will get familiar with the opportunity that lies ahead for you and your clients.

Most importantly, you will learn how to fulfill your promises to potential prospects. Being able to do that means fully understanding what you’re getting into and taking the time to learn how to implement the methods taught inside properly.

Next, you will be immersed in the world of online lead generation. Where to find prospects, how to get approved to unlock a database of people with foreclosed homes, and how to find out about your commissions before you start working with them.

This is a business model that rewards you whenever you fulfill a service. In other words, you don’t get paid unless your clients get paid.

Since you will be doing a lot of cold calling, it’s important to have a good script. You will get one inside Foreclosure Academy.

To make the most out of it, you need to fully understand what you’re offering to people and how to convince them you can actually solve their problems.

This business model is definitely NOT for everyone. As for the legal side of things, there’s nothing to worry about.

You will get a template called the “Finders Fee Legal Paperwork”. It secures your rights to get paid your commissions and ensures you don’t get cheated out of your hard-earned money.

As a bonus, you get a professional done for you website, training for outsourcing your work, and expert training sessions.

Is Foreclosure Academy a Scam?

foreclosure academy review legit or not

Foreclosure Academy is NOT a scam. The business model is legit, but not for everyone. Unless you’re outgoing, know how to sell a service over the phone, and feel comfortable under extreme pressure, you will end up struggling to find success.

These things can all be learned, but you will have to take the time and put in the effort to acquire these skills. For some, it will be much easier than for others.

In my opinion, this is NOT the best way for beginners with ZERO experience to start an online business. I think that there are better, less stressful, and cost-effective ways to get started.

What I Like About Foreclosure Academy

foreclosure academy review pros vs cons

1. Unique Business Model. It’s not what most Gurus online are selling. This model is very unique and legit. There’s a REAL potential to succeed here.

2. The Sales Page is Transparent About Hard Work.
The only way to see any revenue with Foreclosure Academy is by putting in the effort, following the training, and implementing what you’re taught. This usually means getting out of your comfort zone.

3. You Can Get a Refund.
The policy is almost no questions asked. They may end up asking for your feedback AFTER they’ve refunded your money.

What I Don’t Like About Foreclosure Academy

1. It’s Risky. You can waste hundreds of dollars and a lot of time for nothing. Not everyone will be successful. It’s just how it goes.

2. It Sounds Easier Than it is.
The sales video makes this opportunity sound a bit easier than it actually is.

3. Not The Best Alternative For Beginners. In my opinion, most beginners will end up struggling with this business model. That’s why, on the next page, I will show you the four-step system I’m using to make up to $1K per SINGLE sale of a product or service I don’t even own.

Without selling anything myself. All I did was send traffic (web users) to a product page. That’s it. Without spending money on paid ads. On automation.

  1. Although the initial program has a 30 day money back guarantee, their partnership program does not. I was refused a refund of over $1600 after reconsidering the program after 3 days, due to an impossible to accomplish clause in the contract. I told FA that ethically, they were frauds.

    • Verlyn,

Do you embellish much? I have several questions for you.

      1. What is the Partnership Program and were you forced to join it after only getting your feet wet for 3 days?

I am extremely curious about this impossible clause about which you speak. Can you expound on this, please?

Ethically frauds, huh? I’d appreciate it if you could articulate those thoughts in a much more concise way.

      Thanks,
