Is ySense Real or Fake? – Here’s My Review!

Is ySense real or fake? It’s legit, however, there are some VERY important things that you need to consider about this platform before you even think about becoming a member and spending your valuable time over there. This review will go over all of that and more.

It’s important to understand that ySense rewards its members for completing surveys, watching videos, or signing up for various websites. That’s why, you should NOT expect to start earning life changing income, even if you spend every waking minute over there.

If you’re more interested in learning the skills needed to make four figures and more each month from home with nothing but your device and an internet connection, you should see this alternative here.

Otherwise, keep reading as I’m about to reveal the most important thing about this GPT (Get Paid To) website.

ySense Review Summary

Product Name: ySense

Product Type: Get Paid to Complete Simple Online Tasks

Product Owner: Prodege

Product Price: Free

Overall Score: 60/100

Recommended: Not For Everyone!

Summary: ySense is a platform that can pay you for completing surveys, referring others, testing company products, etc. The program connects you with advertisers and market researchers that rely on consumers to create the best possible products.

That’s why there is such a big demand for people to test out different offers. Platforms like ySense serve as the middle man between their members and companies looking for testers.

If you were to try and find these offers on your own, maybe you will get paid more, but the hassle of locating them might not be worth the reward.

Since ySense has been around for a long time, they are credible and most people can cash out their earnings without any issues.

However, user complaints have been on the rise in the last few months. More and more people are claiming that they can’t cash out large sums of money, or that their accounts get deactivated without a good reason.

On average, you can expect to earn no more than $10 per day, if you spend enough time completing the tasks.

That’s why I think that there are better ways to start making money online that won’t waste hours of your time and pay you very little in the end.

What is ySense?

ySense is a platform that used to be known as ClixSense. They have rebranded and are now using a different name to run their operation.

People from all over the world can join and sign up for free. Many businesses rely on market research to grow and ensure they provide their clients with the best possible products or services.

That’s why these Get Paid To platforms become more and more popular. However, there are tons of scams out there that only PROMISE to make you money but never deliver.

The usual red flags to look out for are high sign up bonuses that range from $25 – $50. Paid 2 Tap is one such platform. When you’re promised a lot and you feel hyped up, always remember that if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Since ySense pays anywhere between $0.50 and $5.00 per survey and they are completely transparent with what you can realistically earn, you can be sure that they will pay you, as long as you follow the rules and guidelines provided on their website.

They have been around for many years now and the platform is part of Prodege, which is a respectable market research company that was launched way back in 2005.

Is ySense Real or a Fake Scam?

ysense review legit or not

No, it’s not. ySense is real and you will get paid for your effort and consistency. However, it may take a long time before you actually get paid. That’s because there is a threshold that you need to meet before you’re able to get your money.

If you don’t see the cashout link, it means that you can’t yet redeem your money, and you need to keep completing more tasks.

Once the option is available and you click on it, there is a 10 – 15 day waiting period before you can access your funds. If your account is younger than 30 days, or if this is your first cashout, you have to wait 15 days. Out of 903 reviews on Trustpilot, about 15% are bad or negative ones.

Most of them talk about how people were either unable to get their money, or that the waiting period is too long. If you’re considering getting involved with ySense, just keep in mind that it will probably take you longer to take out your money the first time around.

One more thing worth mentioning is that when you complete surveys, companies are looking for a specific target audience.

If you don’t fall in that target audience, you can easily spend 5 – 10 minutes or more answering a bunch of different questions only to get kicked out of the survey at the end.

If that happens too often, which it does, you can waste a lot of time without actually getting anything in return. It may be easy to complete these surveys, but you may get frustrated a lot at times.

Who Created ySense?

The company behind ySense is called Prodege. They specialize in providing world class marketing and consumer insights. The founder is Josef Gorowitz and the CEO is Chuck Davis.

Together they have established multiple successful brands. One of them is ySense, and the others are Swagbucks, Upromise, InboxDollars, ShopatHome, and MyPoints.

If you’ve been involved with completing surveys and product research before, then you may know some of these brands. Swagbucks, for example, is one of the most popular platforms where consumers get to share their opinions and earn rewards.

How Can You Make Money With ySense?

There are two main ways that you can make money with ySense. The first is to start completing all the surveys, tasks, and offers that are displayed in your account dashboard. The second way is by inviting others using your own affiliate link.

This can present you with an opportunity to earn passive income and get paid each time one of your referrals makes money. For each new sign up that you accumulate, expect to earn anywhere between $0.10 and $0.30 depending on your referrals geolocation.

When your referrals earn $5,00, you will get an extra $2.00, which may not seem like a lot because it’s not.

However, if you can bring in volume, then you may be able to earn way more than what you would by simply completing these offers by yourself. On top of that, you earn 20% in commissions from everything that your referrals make.

What’s Inside ySense?

inside ysense

Inside ySense, you can choose to participate in different surveys that can have you sign up to websites or simply share your opinion on topics that you’re interested in. The “Daily Poll” feature is the only place where you are GUARANTEED to earn money when you complete a survey.

It usually rewards you with no more than $0.01 and it takes up to a few minutes at most. As the name suggests, you’re only allowed one Daily Poll per day.

The header menu comes with 6 options that can help you navigate inside the website and find what you’re looking for. Let’s start with the first one, which is what most people that sign up for ySense look for first.

Complete Surveys and Earn Cash

complete daily tasks in ysense

The first 3 surveys that popped up when I signed up offered to pay me $0.05 for 5 minutes, $0.62 for 10 minutes, and $3.26 for 30 minutes. At most, in 45 minutes I can be about $3.93 wealthier.

These numbers can give you an overview as to what kind of rewards you should expect to earn. Usually, when a survey is longer, you get paid more.

ySense Offers

The platform is partnered with various other brands that are looking for consumer opinions. You can browse and complete tasks with them within your ySense dashboard. Here’s a list of companies that you can see on the offer wall:

– RevU.

– Wannads.

– OfferToro.

– AyeTStudios.

– AdGate.

– Adscend.

– PeanutLabs.

– AdGem.

As you can see, the Offer Wall is filled with brands looking to get opinions from everyday consumers like me and you. You should be able to have an abundance of offers to complete daily.

Affiliates

This is where you can browse your affiliate stats such as all the people you’ve already referred, the clicks you’re sending to the platform, etc. It’s also the place where you can get your unique invite link. The total commissions you could earn as an affiliate is 30%.

How Can You Cashout With ySense?

The cashout process is fairly simple. As long as you’ve met the minimum requirements, you can request to get paid via Amazon gift card, Payoneer, Paypal, RewardLink, Skrill, Steam, or Zalando.

The minimum amount you need to have in your balance to cashout is $5.00 (Skrill & Paypal Gift Cards). The threshold depends on the way you want to get paid.

If you want to cashout with Payoneer, the minimum amount you can withdraw is $52. With PayPal is $10 or $25 if you’re from the EU. Zalando starts from $11, RewardLink is $12 and Steam starts from $10.

Forum Access

ySense has a forum where people can talk to each other, create new threads, share success stories, payment proofs, discuss tasks, and more. The community seems active with lots of threads being started regularly.

This is definitely a good thing, in my opinion, because it allows for like minded people to connect, share their thoughts, and grow together.

Addon

The ySense addon is a browser extension that you can leverage to your own benefit to get first notice when new surveys become available.

It also allows you to track your stats, earnings, and completed offers, without having to go to the website. This saves you a lot of time and effort along the way.

What I Like About ySense

ysense review pros vs cons

1. It’s a Legit Platform. There are many scams and fake websites that promise money in exchange for completing simple tasks. With ySense, you don’t have to worry about becoming a victim of fraud of any kind.

2. It’s Owned By Prodege.
They are a company that specializes in creating platforms similar to this one. They’ve been around for a long time now, and they’ve proven to be a reliable and trustworthy organization.

3. Multiple Earning Opportunities.
You can earn money by filling out surveys and completing tasks, or by inviting people and spreading the word about this program.

What I Don’t Like About ySense

1. You Can End Up Wasting Your Time. That’s one of my biggest issues with platforms like this one. You can easily spend a lot of time answering questions that will determine your eligibility to fill out particular surveys only to get kicked out without earning anything.

2. You Can’t Earn a Lot.
In my opinion, most people that get involved with similar GTP websites will not be able to earn a lot of money. It may not be worth it in the long run.

Is There a Better Alternative?

If you’re fully aware of the fact that you will probably NOT earn life changing income, or that you won’t get anywhere near to earning a full time income from home with ySense, then it may be worthwhile.

However, if you’re looking for a way to start making more than $10 -$15 a day, then you should consider other alternatives.

My favorite business model is still affiliate marketing, It allows you to leverage your passions hobbies, and interests to make money online.

Using this model and the four step blueprint that you can see on the next page, I’m able to earn a full time income from home and make up to $1K from a SINGLE affiliate sale of a product I don’t even own myself.
