ClickMinded Review Summary
Product Name: Clickminded
Product Type: SEO & Digital Marketing Courses
Product Owner: Tommy Griffith
Product Price: $997 – $4,997+
Overall Score: 65/100
Recommended: Not For Everyone!
Summary: The clickminded.com website provides the opportunity to learn about digital marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing, sales funnels, paid advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.
There are different courses that cover each topic in great detail. There is also a bundle course that goes over all of them.
It’s a bit more expensive, but much cheaper if you were to buy all of these offers separately. You will also get a certificate upon completing each course.
You can use it as proof of your skills to an employer or customer as part of your portfolio. In my opinion, everything offered inside Clickminded is of high quality, and people can benefit from all the resources provided inside (both free and paid).
However, if you’re interested in starting an online business and/or equipping yourself with the skills needed to succeed in the online world but you’re on a tight budget, there are alternatives that you can explore.
Below, you can see how to leverage SEO and level up your digital marketing skills to create a passive monthly income stream.
What is Clickminded?
Clickminded is a company founded by Tommy Griffith. His experience as an SEO specialist for PayPal & Airbnb proves that he is well versed in search engine optimization.
That leaves worrying about the legitimacy and quality of the program out of the equation. Even if you don’t end up buying any of the courses, there’s a lot of free info that can help you out a lot.
There’s an introductory lesson that can give you an overview of what you can expect to learn inside the paid programs, dozens of walkthroughs, actionable templates to download, strategy guides, and the Clickminded blog.
On the downside, you won’t be getting any personal support from the instructors and there is no community where like minded people can share experiences, exchange ideas, etc.
If you’re looking to get a job placement somewhere where employers will appreciate your newly gained skills, don’t expect to get help with that either.
Even though there are many different courses available inside, the main one, and where the founder of Clickminded can shine, is focused on search engine optimization, which basically means generating traffic (web users) using search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.
The company has helped over 8,700 students, agencies, business owners, start ups, and entrepreneurs to get higher rankings and more free traffic.
Is ClickMinded a Scam?
No, it’s not a scam. According to Clickminded’s LinkedIn profile, the company was founded in 2017. Since then, they have served thousands of customers and the satisfaction rate is pretty high.
One of the things I like about this company is that it offers free lifetime updates when you purchase any of the courses.
This means that as long as they keep updating their content and ensuring high quality material, you will have access to that without having to pay anything extra.
However, I still think that there is a better, cost effective way to learn search engine optimization and all the necessary internet marketing skills that you need to create a passive income stream online by leveraging my favorite business model.
Is ClickMinded Worth it?
Most user comments out there praise ClickMinded and say that it’s a good place to learn beginner SEO strategies. Despite the expensive price tag, there’s value for your money, according to many Trustpilot users and Reddit reviewers.
If you want to learn more about SEO, digital marketing, email marketing, and sales funnels, there’s a bundle course offered inside ClickMinded that can help you with that.
Who is Tommy Griffith?
Tommy Griffith is the co-founder of ClickMinded and a professional with tons of experience as an SEO manager at PayPal, Airbnb, paid search manager at Brandneu, and a BS in Risk Management at the University of Connecticut. After graduation, he traveled abroad during the 2008 financial crisis.
In Taiwan, he co founded a digital marketing company that was focused on helping tourism start ups. The company went bust sometime later and is no longer active.
In 2011, he came back to the US to work for PayPal. In 2013, he joined Airbnb and worked there for about 4 years before founding his own company.
What’s Inside ClickMinded?
Inside ClickMinded you can get access to 7 different digital marketing courses, one bundle that combines all of them, and an SOP library that can help you grow any website.
In case you’re wondering, SOP is a collection of templates and step by step guides on the different ways for growing your website’s presence, traffic, and conversions.
Let’s take a closer look at each course and offer inside this platform.
The ClickMinded SEO Course
The SEO course is taught by Tommy Griffith. It consists of basic fundamentals that everyone starting out should know, including link building, content creation, and organic traffic generation through search engine optimization.
On top of that, there are a bunch of mini SEO courses inside this one that focus on local, Shopify, YouTube, Amazon, and Pinterest SEO.
Throughout the entire training, you will have to fill out quizzes that will test your knowledge. At the end of the course, you will get a certification award that you can keep.
Paid Advertising
This course is all about running Google and Facebook ads online. Unlike SEO and free traffic generation methods, this one costs money and it’s usually much faster to get results. It’s also much riskier because there are no guarantees for results.
In fact, the founder of this course knows exactly what it’s like to lose a ton of money overnight. In fact, he lost his client over $22K in 18 hours due to one SMALL mistake he made.
There’s definitely a risk factor that shouldn’t be neglected here. Even the most experienced professionals can end up losing money on paid ads.
The instructor of this course is Lucas Lee Tyson. He is the founder of Growth Cave and Productized Profits.
Social Media Marketing
This social media marketing course is hosted by the head of social at Airbnb, Jasmine Atherton.
The lessons inside cover topics such as the 3 key components of social media that will help your business grow, why getting likes, retweets and social shares is NOT a big factor and shouldn’t be used to measure your social media marketing success, and more.
There are 8 lessons here that cover every aspect of social media marketing that you need to know to run effective campaigns.
Email Marketing
How to massively increase your sales by leveraging email marketing. If done right, this can be a great asset that you can use to increase conversion rates, build an audience, form trust between you and your audience, and turn that into constant sales.
The main difference between having a huge social media account and your own email list is that you don’t own anything on social.
Worst case scenario, you can get your account deleted and lose all of the hard work and effort that you’ve put to create something out of nothing. With an email list, this can’t happen. You are the one that owns that list.
Lucas Chevillard will be your instructor here. He is the email strategist at Airbnb. Expect to learn how to create high converting email funnels, campaigns, copywriting, audience segmentation, and more.
Sales Funnels
The sales funnels process in this course is broken down into 3 different steps. Top, middle, and bottom of a funnel. At the top of the sales funnel your main goal is to grab people’s attention and get them to engage.
It’s also all about attracting a lot of traffic. The middle of the funnel is all about converting that traffic into leads and sales.
This part is also very useful for building out your email list. The bottom of the funnel is all about getting customers before even launching a product, and implementing strategies to leverage other people’s audience to your advantage.
Jim Huffman is the instructor here. He is a mentor for many start-ups and works over at Techstars.
Web Analytics
This is an in depth course that can help you keep track of everything on your website. Google Analytics has a ton of useful data that you can leverage to find out what works, where to improve, and when you should give up on a project altogether.
However, it can be pretty intimidating and overwhelming to try and learn everything by yourself. That’s where Chris Prahl comes in. He is an analytics specialist at Trakken and the instructor in this course.
Content Marketing
There are 10 lessons here that go over topics such as discovering your target persona, creating messages that convert, high end copywriting, attracting traffic using the top of the funnel, and choosing the right channels for your content marketing. The instructor here is Sophie Tahran.
She started out with a travel blog that gained a lot of traction and the attention of what is now one of the most well known brands, Lyft. Soon after that, she started working for them as a content marketing specialist and content strategist.

Does ClickMinded Have a Refund Policy?
Yes. There’s a 14 day money back guarantee on each purchase. By the looks of it, there are no catches that can render you unable to get your money back. As long as your ask for a refund within the given time frame, you should be able to get it.
What I Like About ClickMinded
1. High Quality Training Content. The courses inside are held by industry professionals. Each an expert in their own respective fields.
2. You Get Certified. This can help you land more gigs as a freelancer, get that dream job, or simply show off to your friends, colleagues, and family.
3. Money Back Guarantee. This can give you the peace of mind you need to buy any of the courses and figure out if they are for you, or not. If not, you can simply get your money back and call it a day.
What I Don’t Like About Clickminded
1. It’s Expensive. The high ticket price tag for each course inside ClickMinded is something I don’t personally like about it. If you’re a beginner, then shedding that much money on an online course can be very intimidating.
2. No Community. Communities can play a big role in your success or failure. In my own opinion, having access to different people from all over the world that share the same goals as you can be more powerful than the training itself.
Is There a Better Alternative?
If you’re brand new, and you don’t want to spend over a thousand bucks to get started, there are other alternatives you can explore. My top recommendation involves SEO practices and the affiliate marketing business model.
It teaches how to create profit ready websites and generate massive traffic through Google and all the other search engines. So far, I’ve never spent any money on paid ads and I’m earning recurring passive income on a monthly basis.
Using the above mentioned business model and the 4 step system that you can see on the next page, I am able to earn up to $1K from a SINGLE sale of a product or service I don’t even own myself.
