However, you can already watch most of the information for free on platforms like Youtube. The real value of the BNB Profits program comes from the community access where you can network with other members and from the group coaching calls.
With so many competitors that teach similar, if not the same things, it’s up to you to decide if investing that much money on a course is worth it.
In my opinion, there is a better way for beginners to start making money online. Without having to risk losing thousands of dollars upfront.
What is BNB Profits?
BNB Profits is a 7-part video series course teaching you how to do Airbnb Arbitrage. This includes getting started and acquiring your first property for up to $10K and accessing Blake’s personal lender’s list.
The end goal is to grow your listing to over $80K/month. Blake wants his students to make that much money with his program. BNB Profits is focused on helping aspiring investors and experienced ones too.
In his own words, Rocha claims to help beginners find properties that will yield 2-3x monthly rent, negotiate good deals, locate the best markets for investing, and save up to 30% in business expenses.
Is BNB Profits a Scam?
BNB Profits is not a scam. It’s a legit training program that will do exactly what’s advertised. Blake Rocha is a highly profitable real estate investor, a social media influencer with millions of followers across all platforms, and a course creator.
If you decide to spend your hard-earned money and time with Blake and his program, you will have to learn a whole bunch of new skills. Negotiation, selling, persuasion, marketing, and more.
The business model requires very active involvement on your end. Expect to partake in a very dynamic role that will require a lot of direct communication with people.
On the other side, there are business models like my favorite one. Very passive, requires little to no direct communication with people, and a lot less monetary risks are involved.

How Much Does BNB Profits Cost?
BNB Profits costs $6,000. You find that out when you fill out the form. In one of the questions, you are asked if you can afford this investment. You should have a few thousand on top of the course price for other business expenses.

The refund policy clearly states that there are NO refunds available for this high-ticket digital product.
What I Like About BNB
1. Blake Rocha is Well Known. He is not some shady guru that no one knows about. He has over 1M followers on TikTok, 250K on Instagram, 82K followers on X (formerly known as Twitter), and about 3K on Youtube.
2. It’s Suitable For Beginners & Advanced Individuals. This is definitely a good thing.
3. You Have Community Access. This allows you to build relationships with the other member of this program, help each other, learn from your mistakes, etc.
What I Don’t Like About BNB Profits
1. Very Expensive. You have to spend $6K just to get access to the information inside this course. Most of it is already available for free online.
2. Results Vary Based on Location. This is NOT a good thing, in my opinion.
3. Not The Best Alternative For Beginners. I think that this is NOT the best way to start a profitable online business.
