Welcome to my Prosperity of Life review. Can you really make money online with this program while following your passion, even if you’re brand new with no experience, or is this just another scam to avoid?
Here’s what you need to know. This is a high-ticket training platform with multiple opportunities to earn.
They all revolve around becoming a distributor and paying over four figures to get started.
You will be learning how to promote the courses and everything inside and earn commissions whenever someone becomes a paying member due to your promotional efforts.
That’s why you can easily come across promoters trying to push Prosperity of Life without offering any REAL VALUE that can help you with the buy or not decision.
Let me point out that I’m not affiliated with this program in any way or form, so don’t expect a thousand low-quality bonuses for joining through my links because you won’t find any.
By the time you’re done here, you will know exactly what you’re getting into without any hype or exaggerated claims of income.
Ready? Let’s get started…
Prosperity of Life Review Summary
Product Name: Prosperity of Life
Product Owners: Shane and Rachel Krider
Product Type: MLM Training Program
Product Price: $2,438 – $20,900
Overall Score: 25/100
Recommended: No!
Summary: As a member of Prosperity of Life, you will get access to a bunch of high-ticket courses and live events on wealth creation and self-development.
The sales page presents this as an opportunity to earn while you learn, which basically means that you can make money online by promoting everything included in this program.
However, you will have to be great at managing a team of people and knowing how to generate leads online.
The first couple of commissions will be passed on to your sponsor, which means that you have to make sure that the ones below you recruit other members.
Otherwise, you won’t be able to earn anything. This incentivizes mass promotions of the Prosperity of Life platform and working with your team to help them secure more sales.
In other words, if you don’t have any experience with either of these things, then you will likely struggle a lot initially. This can lower your chances of success significantly.
That’s why I think that there are better and more cost-effective ways to create a profitable online business that don’t require you to spend thousands upfront for accessing the courses, being able to promote them, and running paid ads online.

What is Prosperity of Life?
Prosperity of Life used to be known as Polaris Global and Born to Prosper. The sole fact that the owners like to change the name of their flagship program can be considered a red flag. Most illegitimate programs and companies do that to avoid bad publicity, negative reviews, etc.
That alone is not enough to completely dismiss Prosperity of Life and label it as a pyramid scheme or a scam. Each member can benefit from multiple services and motivational content inside, such as:
– A Business in a Box Business Model. There is an entire system that’s set up for your convenience, making it easy to promote it to others. All you have to do is spend money on paid ads and let the team handle the rest of the recruiting for you.
– Products. You have a bunch of live events and courses you can leverage and promote. In exchange, you will earn commissions on the sales you make.
– Training. There’s some content inside that can show you how to promote Prosperity of Life effectively and teach you how to generate leads online.
– Mentoring. Since you will be passing up the first couple of sales you make, you will likely get a mentor (your sponsor) who will guide you through the process of getting others to join the system.
If you have some experience with similar MLM programs, such as Cash Flow 101, then you know that a pyramid scheme’s main form of monetization is all about encouraging its members to enroll people into the system by promising them the opportunity to make a lot of money.
A REAL business has a product or service that can ACTUALLY help people.
Is Prosperity of Life a Scam?
Yes, Prosperity of Life is very similar to a cash gifting pyramid scheme. Labeling it as a scam product is all about your own personal perspective, but to me, it is just that, and here’s what I mean.
One could argue that you have products inside, in the form of life events on personal development and courses on building wealth. However, they are all focused on getting you to become a paying member.
When you actually become one, you will soon find out that the only way to make any money online with Prosperity of Life is by promoting the program to others and getting them to do the same, which according to Wiki, is exactly what a pyramid scheme is.
Consumer protection platforms like the FTC are yet to flag down this program, which means one of two things.
They are small enough to avoid attracting unnecessary attention and potential problems, or they’ve been deemed legit. I’m inclined to believe the former.
Especially when I know that one of the co-founders has experience with scam programs that are long gone now.
If you don’t mind spending thousands of dollars to get started and then some on paid ads, monthly subscriptions, team building, and you’re okay with promoting the program, then you may benefit from it.
However, I think that there are better ways to create a sustainable long-term business online without breaking the bank before you even get started.
Who Created Prosperity of Life?
Shane and Rachel Krider are behind Prosperity of Life. Shane is known for taking over $5 million from people in a pyramid scheme called Liberty League.
Not to hold his past against him, but his current business venture looks very similar to the one labeled as a scam by Courthouse News.
Rachel Krider is a high school dropout. Her career started with Liberty League as a distributor. That’s where she made over 6 figures in 7 months. Now she is the head of marketing at Prosperity of Life.
Some people seem to think that the above-mentioned companies are the same, with different names. If you’re into personal growth and making money, then you might want to stick around for what I’m about to reveal about this program.
What’s Inside Prosperity of Life?
Inside Prosperity of Life, you will get access to 4 different products. They are the flagship offers of this opportunity. Each one comes with its own price tag, which will be revealed below. Let’s take a closer look at each one to see what you’re getting into.

This is a 17 day training course that has 4 different chapters. Know Yourself, Departure, Decision, and Action.
It’s all focused on helping you overcome obstacles in your life and achieve more fulfillment by starting an online business you can be proud of.
Most of the content here is motivational stuff that we all need from time to time. However, that alone will not get you anywhere.

M7 – ($4,950)
This will give you access to recorded events for the next 2 years. Everything that gets’s uploaded and filmed will be unlocked for you. If you decide to avoid the monthly plan, then the price of this one goes up to $5,740
M7 Fast Track – ($6,250)
This offers allows you to take advantage of the M7 and M1 products at a lower price. If you’re interested in both of these offers, then getting the M7 Fast Track is the logical thing to do. However, if you’re not a member of Prosperity of Life, then you will have to pay $7,820
M2 Sovereignty Live – ($7,950)
This is a 5 day live event that goes over different wealth generation topics, how to invest, how money works, how to minimize your taxes, and more. If you’re not a member, expect to be asked for $9,940.
M3 – Influence Live – ($12,950)
These are advanced personal development and people influencing skills that you can learn while going through this course. According to Influence Live, your thoughts are what’s stopping you from succeeding.
By learning how to adjust your life based on the beliefs and values you hold, you can take control of your life. For all non members, the price goes up to $16,190.
Prosperity of Life Compensation Plan

If you want to become a Director and sell your own courses inside Prosperity of Life, you will need to pass on 2 sales from M7 and 2 more on M1. In other words, the commissions from your first 4 sales will be given to your sponsor.
How Much Does The Membership Inside Prosperity of Life Cost?
There are 4 different membership options you can choose from. Each one has its own perks, which is why, to take full advantage of this program, you will have to buy all of them.
#1 – Registration Fee ($39.95)
#2 – Lead Manager ($29.95)
#3 – Training Portal ($33.00)
#4 – Marketing Websites & Done For You Solutions ($49.55)
That’s a total of $153/month to get started.
If you want to promote any of the other, higher-priced products, you need to buy them yourself first.
What I Like About Prosperity of Life
1. High Ticket Commissions. That’s the only thing that I like about Prosperity of Life. If you can afford to spend a lot of money, you know how to get leads online, and you’re good at managing people, then you can probably make some decent money with this program.
What I Don’t Like About Prosperity of Life
1. The Owners Have a Bad Rep. They are connected with another pyramid scheme, and that’s definitely not a good sign.
2. Highly Priced Courses & Events. There’s a ton of free content on Youtube that covers a lot of the things that are talked about inside these very expensive courses and events.
3. A lot Of Negative Reviews. Many people have labeled Prosperity of Life as a scam. Some even say that the directors inside will encourage you to take on loans to get going with this business.
Is There a Better Alternative?
Definitely, yes. In my opinion, the chances of failure far exceed any potential chances for making money online with Prosperity of Life.
Having said that, by now, you should know exactly what you’re getting into. It’s up to you to decide whether that’s something you would consider becoming a part of or not.
It won’t come as a surprise if, at some point, they decide to shut their doors down and reopen again under a different name. In my opinion, this is not a sustainable way of starting an online business.
Promoting other people’s products and services is definitely a viable way of earning income from home, however, their approach is just too shady and unethical for me.
Without spending a ton of money upfront and without investing in any ads, I was able to earn as much as $1K from a SINGLE high-ticket affiliate sale. On the next page, I will show you the exact 4-step system that I used to achieve that.
