Summary: Viral Points is a deceitful website that claims to reward you with a lot of money fast, and easy for doing very simple tasks.

This is actually part of a huge data harvesting scam, that’s out to get your personal details, and get you to invite as many people as you possibly can while you’re at it.

You can end up wasting weeks of your time because they have a certain set of things that you need to do prior to being able to cash out your earnings.

Even if you do complete all of the tasks inside to the best of your abilities, and you qualify for a withdrawal, you will end up getting a system message that will say something like “you don’t qualify for your money because you have breached our rules” or something of that nature.

That’s not something that happens on occasion to some users of Viral Points. It’s what happens with EVERY SINGLE person that gets involved with this platform.

Not only that but once you give out your email for the juicy $25 sign up bonus, they will take your email and add it on their massive database with other emails.

Then, they will sell all of the information that they have gathered to third party organizations.

Yes, people pay good money for massive email lists, so that they can promote stuff and make sales.

In other words, don’t sign up with Viral Points, because you will never get any of the money that you make over there, and your email will start getting weird messages from different people.

What is Viral Points?

Viral Points is a big data harvesting scam that’s part of an even bigger network. There is a fair number of these online scams across the web under different names such as Tap 2 Earn, PaidLeaf, InfluencersEarn, InfluencerCash, Viral Market, and many others.

They all offer you the same lucrative $25 sign up bonus that is almost too good to resist, with the hopes of getting as many emails as they possibly can.

The sad thing is that they won’t stop there, and they will encourage you to participate in different activities within the dashboard, invite more people to join, and continue to do that until you get to a certain threshold that you can cash out.

In order to be eligible for cashing out, you need to have completed a set number of tasks such as:

viral points threshold payout

– Getting At least 6 Other People To Join This Platform
. It wouldn’t be all that difficult considering that everyone who joins will get a fake $25 sign up bonus.  Imagine getting a message from a close friend about a cool website that can give you money just for signing up. That’s how the whole viral effect works.

– Complete At Least 6 TaskWall Tasks. These are various different tasks that you can do inside, including downloading apps, and in some instances, they can try to get your phone number just so that they can send costly marketing messages at your expense. Whatever you, do not give them your mobile number.

– Have at least $50 To Withdrawl. By the time you reach the minimum withdrawal amount, you can invite at least 5 more people into the platform.

So far, no one has been able to cash out, and everyone who is involved with Viral Points is just wasting their time, and unknowingly tricking others into getting them to join and to the same over, and over again.

According to its website, Viral Points have paid out $68 million to about 250,000 people, and they try to convince you of that by showing you all the payment proofs and testimonials, and I can prove to you that they are all fake.

Is Viral Points a Scam?

viral points review legit or not

Viral Points is a massive scam that’s part of a huge network filled with clones of this website but with slight differences in things like the name, and web design.

Everything inside this website is fake, including all the payment proofs, and here’s why.

If you take a look at this payment proof, you will see that the date says October 08, 2018. Nothing wrong with that, it all looks really legit.

However, I decided to do a little background check on the Viral Points website, and I was able to find out that they exist since May 2019.

who is registered viral points date

How can they be paying people since 2018 when the ACTUAL date of creation on this website is in 2019?

If you take a look at all the other similar data harvesting scams that I mentioned above, you can see that all of them have the exact same payment proofs on their individual websites.

If that’s not enough to convince you that this platform is a scam, I don’t know what is.

Who Created Viral Points?

According to their About page inside the Viral Points website, this platform was founded by its parent company called Zindex. Apparently they’ve been taking care of different marketing solutions since 2005.

If you decided to search the internet about this company, you won’t be able to find anything remotely related to a digital marketing company called Zindex.

That’s because it doesn’t exist. It’s only there to make you believe that the entire website is trustworthy when in reality they are just bombarding you with one lie after the next.

What’s Inside Viral Points?

Once you’re inside Viral Points, you will see that you’ve been assigned a personal account manager that can assist you with any kind of support that you may need.

There is going to be a Skype attached to this person’s profile, and if you tried to contact them using Skype guess what happens?

That’s right, you won’t be able to reach anyone because the Skype name they’ve given you is fake, just like everything else inside Viral Points.

Once you become a member, you will get access to your unique invite link, that you can use to earn money from each person that joins the platform using it.

You can also see the number of clicks that you’ve accumulated towards Viral Points, and track all of the numbers within the dashboard inside.

You can get more clicks by using the quick buttons to share your referral links on social media.

Apart from getting others to join, you can make money inside by completing different tasks on the TaskWall.  You will be able to download apps, register on different places, fill out surveys, and things like that in exchange for money.

There is a rewards center inside the platform that you can use for cashing out your Viral Points for different products. Too bad that no one is able to qualify for these rewards.

Viral Points Price & Extra Costs

Viral Points is completely free to join. They even go one step further by promising you a $25 bonus just for signing up. Here’s the thing though.

When completing different tasks on the TaskWall, in some instances you may be asked to fill out your mobile number to proceed. Trust me when I say that you do not want to do that.

The reason I’m saying this is because once you give out your number, you will start receiving promotional messages at your expense. They can add up to $50+ each month, and unsubscribing from these messaging systems can be a headache that you can easily avoid.

You can’t get your money back for these messages even if you were misled into giving out your personal info without fully realizing the repercussions of doing so because Viral Points is a big scam.  Not to mention the potential Phishing dangers of giving out your personal mobile number.

Watch out for credit card scams

Some users of these data harvesting scam networks report that they’ve been required to give out their credit card info, only to be scammed out of their money.

If you stumble on anything similar while surfing the web, you would do yourself a big favor by not falling into the lies of these scam networks.

What I Like About Viral Points

viral points review pros vs cons

There’s nothing that I like about this website. It’s a complete waste of time and energy.

What I Don’t Like About Viral Points

1. They Will Never Pay You. That’s the biggest issue that I and everyone else have with this platform. They make these big claims of rewarding you with a lot of money for doing basic simple tasks, only to ban your account when it’s time to cash out making you realize that you’ve just wasted your whole time.

2. It’s a Time Waster. Some people can get so invested into this scam that they can end up working for days even weeks, completing tasks.

Once eligible for a cashout, they would have to wait even more for the time to receive their payment, only to get kicked out of the platform and get their account banned. By the time you go through the entire process of becoming eligible for cashing you could potentially invite many other people.

3. It’s a Viral Scam. What I mean by that is that you can easily turn such a thing into something viral because it usually takes about a week for a person that’s invested their time and effort into the system to realize that something is not right.

By that time, they could have invited many people, that will do the same, and so on until this whole thing becomes huge. By the time everyone comes to their senses, these data harvesting scams will have gathered a lot of personal info that they can sell later on at some point.

4. Viral Points is Part of a Big Data Harvesting Scam Network. There are similar websites all over the internet, claiming that you can earn $25 for signing up, and then offering you a lot of money for getting others to join, and enjoy that juicy bonus.

These data harvesting scams will take your personal details, and add them to their huge database, where it will be sold to the highest bidders. This can lead to a lot of spam to your email and other nasty stuff that no one wants to deal with.

My Recommendation

Is it really possible to make money online? Yes, it is, just not with this scam network.

The truth is that earning a significant amount of money online takes time and patience. Patience until you learn all the skills required to get to that point.

The reason why scam websites such as Viral Points exist and work so well is because they offer a lot of money for virtually no work at all. Let’s face, every one of us would enjoy getting a lot of money with minimal effort, right?

Well, unless you win the lottery or come from a wealthy family, the only way to get what you want is by putting in the work.

Here’s a pro tip for you. If something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

Don’t fall for the shiny object syndrome.

Instead, you can learn a LEGIT way of making passive income online that involves you, and some upfront work.

If that sounds interesting then you should check out how these people are banking profits using a simple yet incredibly effective blueprint that so many neglect and lose out on that opportunity forever.
